At Bhal Gurukul, we believe in learning concepts, respecting merit, and celebrating hard work. We insist on integrity and build a bond between teachers and children, which we call the "Mother Teacher" concept.
Our goal is to empower every individual to be a game changer in their field. We deeply respect honest and amicable parents and request their support in moving our Bhal Gurukul School forward. Dear parents I’m in role of mother teacher because I don’t think they need principal in this stage of life they just need care taker, observer and a person who guide them a person who understand them. I think in this stage of life they just want a school as unique as they are. A school classroom atmosphere welcoming Area. We think for that and there for we say a study with nature for our BHAL GURUKUL SCHOOL. I thought ‘rather than getting children school ready perhaps school should be getting child ready ‘children getting attract towards mall and game zone as like they should attract towards school that type of environment we have to create where they get enjoy for study

In our Indian culture, education is started by mother मातृ मुखेन शिक्षणम therefore teacher role is actually mother role by this concept we are trying to educate our teachers how they treat this kids. I’m here not only for education but also to collect good memories and an overall development of my children’s there for we concern about their play their language their behavior and knowledge. We all need to remember that they only get one childhood and we should fight for our children’s right to remain a child “In Bhal Gurukul we definitely do this for our kids because nature is blooming in Bhal Gurukul and when nature and imagination collides something truly magical happens.

Dear parents, As a principal of this institution I feel proud to be a part of Bhal Gurukul. It's a Happy land. For years I have been a part of this journey of mum-mum to H20. I am here to understand what my kids want and provide them with what is best. For the past year my work strategy is to try direct contact with students and solve it by counseling. My teachers never teach a subject they always teach a child. We are here to draw out the knowledge from the students.
For me students are my curriculum. Vinobha ji thought for teachers is ‘GHATUVIT’ means path finders. So my goal is clear I am here to prepare children for the path not the path for children. So in Bhal Gurukul we are a trend setter not a follower. We are here to make leaders who lead themselves first. We give freedom to my children to experiment because the fact is children make good decisions by making decisions not following instructions. So don't worry we are here for those parents who want to give education for children not training.
